What can we help you with while you're in town?

Event Passes, Lift Tickets and Information can all be found at our Hospitality Suite located at the brand new Limelight Lodge, 355 S. Monarch Street. Hours of operation are daily from 8am-11am & 3pm-6pm.

Lift Tickets

Participants are asked to purchase lift tickets through Aspen Gay Ski Week.  Lift tickets are available now through the website and all week at the Hospitality Suite at the Limelight Lodge.  There is a SIGNIFICANT savings in buying lift tickets from Aspen Gay Ski Week—up to $100 off the regular walk-up window rates, depending on the number purchased.  Every dollar spent directly benefits the Aspen Gay & Lesbian Community Fund.

ALL event passes and lift tickets can be picked up at the Hospitality Suite at the Limelight Lodge beginning Sunday, January 11.

Getting Around

Buses—RFTA and the city of Aspen provide free and frequent service within Aspen, as well as to the airport (via the downvalley service), Aspen Recreation Center (Pool Party), (via the Maroon/Castle Creek line), and the Aspen Club (via the shuttle).  The Aspen Club shuttle can be arranged by simply calling 935-8900. Free skier shuttles leave Rubey Park every 10 to 15 minutes to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass ski areas. RFTA/Rubey Park Bus Station—located in the heart of downtown at Galena and Durant—across from the Silver Circle Ice Rink—call 970-925-8484 for schedules and departure times.

Taxi & Car Service is available by calling, 925-taxi. Car Service is also available through our transportation sponsor, CTS by calling 925-8842.

Parking—best to be avoided as its expensive and your chances are slim.  The Limelight Lodge offers covered parking for its guests. On street parking in the downtown core is metered through the “pay and display” system in effect from 10am – 6pm.  There is a four hour limit though an all day pass is available for purchase from the Visitors’ Centers located in the Wheeler Opera House and the Aspen Chamber Resort Association.  Free parking in residential neighborhoods with a two hour limit and on Sundays everywhere.  Parking is available in the Aspen Parking Garage at the Rio Grande Parking Plaza—open 24 hours. 970-920-5430. Lodge guests can obtain permits for longer periods—ask your concierge.
